Rotations, placements and relocations
Accommodation for nurses and hospital staff in Dublin
Nurses arriving for a rotation, doctors starting a post, agency and locum staff on a contract, and healthcare workers relocating to Ireland all need the same thing: a furnished room they can take for the length of the job, walking distance from the hospital, without a year's lease or an Irish guarantor. Our rooms in Dublin 7 are minutes on foot from the Mater; those in Dublin 1 are a short walk from the Rotunda and Temple Street; and the city centre hospitals are a bus or Luas ride. Every stay is on a licence to occupy from three months, extended month by month, with WiFi, bin collection and water in the rent and a pre-pay electricity meter.

Private en-suite rooms are EUR 1,095 a month, a bed in a twin room EUR 795, studios from EUR 1,595, with WiFi, bins and water included. Enquire with your start date and how long the rotation runs.
Yes. The minimum stay is three months and you extend month by month, so a three-month rotation, a six-month post or a year all work. The agreement is a licence to occupy in your own name, with no Irish guarantor, no Irish bank account and no agency fee.
Yes. Send an enquiry with your dates, and a person confirms what is genuinely free and can send photos of the room. The deposit and first month are paid by bank transfer, and you collect the keys on the day you move in.
The Mater is on foot from our Dublin 7 rooms. The Rotunda and Temple Street are on foot from Dublin 1. St James's is beside our rooms in The Liberties when we have them. Beaumont, Connolly and Tallaght are a bus from the north inner city, not a walk, so say which hospital you are joining and we will point you at the right rooms.
