Terms of Use
Who we are
staydublin.ie is operated by StayDublin, based in Dublin, Ireland, and powered by Delaney Group Developments. We let the furnished accommodation shown on this website directly. Contact: [email protected].
What the website is for
The website shows furnished rooms, studios and apartments in Dublin that we let directly, and lets you send us an enquiry about them. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
An enquiry is not a booking
Nothing on this website can be booked, reserved or paid for online. Sending an enquiry asks us to get in touch; it does not hold a room, create a contract, or oblige either of us to anything. A stay is agreed only when we confirm it to you in writing and you have paid the deposit we ask for, at which point the written agreement between us governs the stay, not these terms.
Listings and availability
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but photographs, floor areas, prices and availability dates are provided as a guide and can change. Rooms are let on a first come, first served basis and a room shown as available may have been taken by the time we read your enquiry. The price shown is the monthly rent for the room or unit described; what is and is not included is stated on each listing and on our FAQ. Prices are in euro and may change for future lettings without notice; a price agreed in writing for your stay will not.
Your enquiry
You agree that the details you give us are accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason, and we may close an enquiry that does not receive a reply from you within a reasonable time. How we handle the personal data in your enquiry is set out in our privacy policy.
Who can apply
Rooms in our shared houses are let to full-time students, Erasmus students and people on internships, and we ask for proof of current enrolment, Erasmus status or an internship agreement before an application proceeds. Studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments are open to all applicants, subject to normal referencing and availability.
Using StayDublin through an AI assistant
These terms also apply when you use the StayDublin app or connector inside an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. It shows live availability and prices as a guide and gives you a link to our enquiry form; it cannot book, reserve or take payment, and the assistant's own answers are not statements by us. What is confirmed in writing by us is what counts. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to send abusive, misleading or unlawful content, to probe or overload our systems, to collect information about other people, or to submit enquiries you do not intend to follow up.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use when considering accommodation, but you may not copy them for any other purpose without our written permission.
Liability
The website is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be available at all times or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by Irish law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the Irish courts.
