Good to know

Can I rent a room in Dublin for June to August only?

Yes. Our minimum stay is three months, so June to August works. Every room is furnished, with WiFi, bins and water in the rent.

When should summer interns book?

As soon as your dates are confirmed. Summer is our busiest time, and a room is only held once the licence agreement is signed and the deposit and first month are paid.

Can a group or summer school stay together?

Yes. Tell us how many of you there are and your dates; we look for one home that fits the whole group, or the fewest homes close together.

What do I need to book?

Your exact arrival and leaving dates, your full name and a photo ID. We confirm which room is free for your whole stay and send the agreement.

How much is student accommodation in Dublin?

StayDublin offers a range of accommodation to suit different budgets:

Is there mid-term accommodation in Dublin for workers?

Yes. StayDublin lets furnished rooms, studios and apartments by the month, mid-term to long-term, from a three-month minimum. Every stay is on a licence to occupy agreement rather than a tenancy lease. Properties are located across Dublin 1, 7 and 8, close to major hospitals, universities and business centres. Ideal for relocating professionals, contract workers and locum staff.
