Rooms, en-suites and studios for students
Student housing in Dublin
Student housing in Dublin usually means a choice between a purpose-built block at purpose-built prices and a house share found at the last minute. Ours is the third option: furnished rooms, en-suites and studios in well-kept houses in Dublin 1 and Dublin 7, a walk from TU Dublin Grangegorman and a short bus or Luas from Trinity, DCU and the city-centre colleges, let directly by the month from a three-month minimum, with WiFi, bins and water in the rent.

Questions people ask
Smaller houses, lower rent and a person who answers. You get a furnished room with WiFi, bins and water in the rent and a pre-pay electricity meter, rather than a block with a gym and a rent to match. Stays run from three months, so a semester or a year both work.
Yes. The minimum stay is three months and you extend month by month, so September to January or February to June are exactly what we do. Enquire with your dates and we confirm what is free for the whole term.
No. The agreement is a licence to occupy in your own name, with no Irish guarantor or bank account needed. The deposit and first month are paid by bank transfer before you move in.
