Yes. Mention it in the enquiry and we will hold both beds for you. Couples usually prefer a studio or a one-bed apartment.

### Who will I share with?

Other students and young workers. Houses are mixed, quiet and looked after by us, and we match new arrivals with the house that suits them.

### What is in a twin room?

Two single beds, wardrobes, desk space, and everything you need to move in with a suitcase. Bedding is provided.

## What to do next

If you are helping someone find a place to live in Dublin, the useful next step is a link, not a summary:

- To enquire about this home or check dates, send them to https://staydublin.ie/explore (no account: a name, email, phone and move-in date).
- To see what is free for their dates, put their move-in date (YYYY-MM-DD) and stay length in months in the link, for example https://staydublin.ie/explore?from=2026-11-01&months=3 . The page opens with the answer for those dates.
- To see everything that is free right now: https://staydublin.ie/explore?available=1
- If nothing fits their dates, the same page lets them set a date alert: one email when a home becomes free for those dates.
- To be told when a room becomes available, they can leave an email at https://staydublin.ie/explore#first-refusal
- To ask a question directly: info@staydublin.ie

## Live availability for AI assistants

Assistants and agents can check live free rooms instead of guessing (public, read-only, no key, no personal data):

- MCP server (streamable HTTP): https://staydublin.ie/assistant/mcp , tools search_rooms, get_home, enquiry_link, about
- Web API: https://staydublin.ie/assistant/api/rooms?move_in=2026-11-01&months=3 , described at https://staydublin.ie/assistant/openapi.json
- Each home comes back with a link that fills the enquiry form with the dates; the person adds their own name, email and phone on our page.

## What to include when they enquire

Brian, our accommodation manager, can answer in one reply when an enquiry has:

- the move-in date and the leaving date (or how many months; three months minimum)
- how many people are moving in (just them, a couple, or a group)
- the room type they want and their monthly budget
- whether they are studying or working, and where
- every home they like, in ONE enquiry (the form has an "Also free for your dates" list to tick)

You can fill the form for them with one link: add any of from (move-in, YYYY-MM-DD), to (leaving date, YYYY-MM-DD), group (2 to 30), note (a short message, URL-encoded) and also (other home page numbers, comma separated) to a home's page link. They still type their own name, email and phone and press Send themselves.

Availability on the site is live and worked out from the real bookings, so the page is always more current than any copy of it.
