# Erasmus accommodation in Dublin StayDublin lets furnished rooms in Dublin to Erasmus and exchange students from three months, with WiFi, bins and water in the rent and no guarantor needed. Arriving for a semester needs a room that is furnished, close to college, and does not ask for a twelve-month lease. Ours are on a licence to occupy agreement, let by the month from three months, so a September to January or a February to June stay is exactly what we do. You can agree a room before you travel. Enquire with your dates, we confirm availability and send the agreement, and the deposit and first month are paid by bank transfer. Your room is ready on the day you land. ### Do I need an Irish guarantor or bank account? No. The agreement is with you directly and payment is by bank transfer from any account. ### How close are the colleges? TU Dublin Grangegorman is a short walk from our Dublin 7 rooms. Trinity, DBS and the city centre language schools are a bus or Luas ride from Dublin 1 and 7. DCU is a bus from Phibsborough or Cabra. ### What do I need to book a room? Your exact arrival and departure dates, your full name and a photo ID (passport or national ID card). We confirm which room is free for your whole stay and send the licence agreement; the room is held once it is signed and the deposit and first month are paid. ### Can I stay September to January, or February to June? Yes. Both are longer than the three-month minimum, so a single semester, two semesters or a full academic year all work. Tell us the exact dates your exchange starts and ends. ### How much is the deposit for a room? EUR 500 for a twin or private room, paid with the first month. It is returned at the end of your stay as set out in your agreement. ### Do I need a PPS number or IRP to rent? No. You do not need a PPS number, an Irish bank account or a guarantor to rent from us. Payment is by bank transfer from any account. ### Can I rent for the summer only? Yes. June to August is three months, so it is well over the minimum.
